Laura C has been incredible throughout our project. We needed help with getting the best out of the space for our loft conversion so we decided to combine the interior design with consultation service and it was the best decision we made. The consultation took the stress away from under pressure decision making as Laura thought of the finer details and helped us make choices on such things as lighting, electric sockets and wall placements with absolute ease. Take that and add some Laura’s interior design magic wand and you have some incredible result and a space that you don’t want to leave.

It was a really collaborative process with Rosie bringing out my tastes in a way I never could have achieved on my own! She took all my feedback and created something incredible!

"That's my bedroom!" was the first thing that went through my mind when I saw Liv's design. I cannot thank Liv enough. The rest of the team were wonderful too, including Jess-Alice who provided shopping support and Jess who answered lots of questions from me at the start of the process. Thank you, MBR!

I thought I was going to be a designer's worst nightmare as I had a small space, a modest budget and no idea about style. My designer, Liv, put me at ease quickly and was enthusiastic about the challenge. Through our journey together, Liv helped me to understand more about my own likes and dislikes and thought so very carefully about how the space might be used now and in future. Liv's knowledge of the fabrics that would be best for little children and a cat, the way Liv thought about the textures and colours, and little finishing touches was impressive and I am happy to recommend My Bespoke Room as a result.

I had a vague idea of what I wanted for our office/bedroom, but no clue on where to begin with designing or styling it. Jodi took into consideration everything we wanted and needed for the room (a very tricky space) and was able to put a beautiful design together. She asked all the right questions and made me realise I was up for a colour scheme I initially wouldn’t have chosen on my own. Having a change in our budget mid process, Jodi was really helpful to find even more alternatives. The whole process so far has been really easy and I’m looking forward to when our room is finish!

Great design ideas for a small living room. It was not in a terribly bad way when the redesign process began so the design was a welcome improvement rather than a total transformation, but that's what I was after. I'm sure they could do something more radical if required. As it is, they have solved some long-standing space-related issues, modernised the feel, better coordinated the look, and left it comfortable and cool. The best living room I’ve ever had.

The delivery process varied from mostly smooth to shambolic for a few items, though that was perhaps more down to supply-chain issues experienced by the furniture sellers (this was the time of the Red Sea attacks) and one particularly poor delivery company -- and a complete lack of coordination between those two -- rather than My Bespoke Rooms' fault as such. Dozens of texts, rarely mentioning the items they were about (unhelpful when the same companies were selling or delivering multiple items) or even who they were (seller? deliverer? scam text?), sometimes contradicting each other re. dates, when they didn’t just change them at the last minute, which happened repeatedly... Maybe I was just unlucky but if not then MBR could use a firmer hand with the companies they use, to ensure their customers’ experience isn’t tarnished by other people’s failings.

tl;dr great design, maybe I got unlucky with deliveries.

Would thoroughly recommend My Bespoke Room. The service from start to finish was really professional and easy to navigate. I really enjoyed working with lovely Liv who provided a room styling design for my hallway and stairs. It was great discussing ideas and planning the new design. I chose to use this route as I sort of knew what I wanted but also wanted to ensure that the design was appropriate. Liv’s expert advice has ensured that I will not make expensive mistakes and have a design that I love. I’m now very excited to be buying all the elements to bring the design together and ready for the decorator to start work! Design by the lovely Milena was a dream, our home looks exactly like my pinterest board. I'd recommend mybespokeroom to my mother, best friend, and anyone who'd like to hear it.

The service is more "bulge bracket" and heps with furniture picking more than other, perhaps more "bespoke" interior solutions. This makes it cheaper, and easier to go along with,. This is exaclty what we were looking for and we are so happy we chose mybespokeroom.

I was stuck, I had no inspiration left after chosing everything for an ensuite. I wanted 2 x bedrooms to have the wowfactor, so really needed help. Liv helped me to chose, pushing my boundaries & came up with 2 x styles which fit my house and general dreams. I am now shopping & getting quotes. So the finished products are in sight. Otherwise...nothing wld have happend!

Nicole was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me suggestions on how to improve my ideas and gave me ideas when I did not know what I wanted. I would certainly recommend this company to friends and family.

Simply cannot recommend MBR enough. I was in desperate need of design direction and inspiration. Karine went above and beyond to understand and put together my dream living room.

After recently completing some renovations in my apartment, I was concerned that My Bespoke Room might not be able to assist me in finishing the design left behind by a previous designer who had disappeared midway through the project. However, after a brief conversation with Jessica, I was delighted to discover their Styling Finishing Touches service, which appeared to be exactly what I needed. Following an online questionnaire, I was paired with Liv, my designer, who has been an absolute lifesaver in helping me navigate the overwhelming array of options available to create a beautifully finished design for my living room. I cannot speak highly enough of Liv and Jessica, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Michael was very good at getting out of me what I wanted and helping me work out exactly what storage I needed - included what to box up for the shed!

The idea was to turn my very functional office - white walls and ikea office furniture - into a study suitable for inviting clients.

A big shout out to Laura and Jess-Alice. Laura designed my double function room which is taking shape and looking absolutely stunning. Jess-Alice has kept me informed of my purchases - the sofas are top quality, fit perfect, super comfortable and delivered within just a few weeks.
