£100 Shopping Voucher FAQ's

Do I need a code?

No! Your voucher is automatically applied to your shopping bag. The minimum spend to qualify is £2,000 (excluding delivery).

 

I've done multiple room designs and have a few vouchers - do I have to check out separately?

No - you can check out in one order, or separately. Whatever suits you best. Every £2,000 basket spend the code will be automatically applied.

 

My basket is under £2,000 can you apply part of the code?

No , the voucher can only be used on a basket spend of £2,000 or more.

 

When does my voucher expire?

The voucher is valid for up to 6 months after your room design is booked and the expiry date is on the voucher.

 

Something is delayed or out of stock which takes my spend under £2,000 from an existing order - what happens then?

Your Personal Shopper will suggest an in stock alternative for you to consider. If you go ahead with the alternative and the overall 'total' spend is still above the £2,000 threshold then we can still honour this. If an alternative is not selected then we will refund you the item minus the £100 voucher if the refund puts you below the £2,000 threshold.

 

Other points to note:

  • - Only valid for new purchases
  • - Cannot be used on items which are made to measure and bespoke which cannot be shopped directly with us, for example carpets, curtains
  • - Not applicable for delivery charges
  • - Can be used in conjunction with price match requests (please note voucher applied on the total basket spend after any price matches honoured).
